We may process account data (name, email, phone), business data (trade name, location, business type), and operational service data (inventory, sales, stock movements, reports, and usage logs) needed to provide Pulso.

3. Purposes

We use data to create and manage accounts, deliver inventory and sales software, provide support, improve the product, meet applicable legal obligations, and communicate about the service (including the pre-launch waitlist).

4. Retention and security

We retain information while there is an active relationship with the user or as required by law. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; no system is 100% secure.

5. Processors and transfers

We may use infrastructure, email, and analytics providers under processing agreements. Where international transfers occur, we will seek appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

6. Rights

You may request access, correction, update, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing, by writing to hola@pulsohn.com. We will respond within reasonable timeframes under applicable Honduran law.
