1. Acceptance

By accessing Pulso or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.Pulso is a product of Emeralab.

2. Service description

Pulso is SaaS software to manage inventory, sales, and operations for micro and small businesses. Before public launch, access may be limited to waitlist spots or trials.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (products, prices, stock, sales) and for lawful use of the platform. You must not use the service for illegal activity, interfere with its security, or access third-party data without authorization.

4. Business data

Operational data you enter (inventory, sales, etc.) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide and improve the service, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Availability and changes

We may change features, future pricing, or suspend the service with reasonable notice when possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during pre-launch stages.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emeralab is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from use or inability to use Pulso, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Honduras. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tegucigalpa, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
